If you've requested a password reset email and you haven't received it yet, your email may be:
- Delayed. We can experience delays up to 10 minutes in periods of high email volume. We recommend waiting at least 5 minutes before contacting customer support.
- Incorrectly sorted. Your email service provider may be sending our emails to your spam, junk or promotions folder. We recommend searching for Apartment Therapy in your email account to locate any messages that have been incorrectly sorted.
- Bounced. If you've accidentally marked one our emails as spam or junk in the past, your email service provider may be blocking our emails. We recommend searching for Apartment Therapy in your email account to locate any messages that have been marked as spam. If you feel you have submitted a spam report in the past, contact customer support so that we can remove your email address from our email suppression lists.
- Not Applicable. If you do not receive your Password Reset email, your account may be linked with a social login option, such as Google or Facebook, and therefore cannot be reset. Email Bazaar@ApartmentTherapy.com to help determine if/which social login is associated with your account.
To ensure our emails reach your email account, we recommend adding our email@example.com email address to your email contacts list.
