If you're unable to join with a specific email address, you may be:
- an existing member and already have an active account with us. You can gain access to your account by resetting your password. If you don't receive a password reset email, your account may be associated with a social login such as Facebook or Google.
- a prior member with a deleted account that has not yet been purged from our system. Contact customer support at bazaar@apartmenttherapy.com to re-enable your deleted account.
- blocked from our site and ineligible to create a new account with us. Contact customer support at bazaar@apartmenttherapy.com to authenticate your identity and whitelist your account.
- using an email address that has a blocked domain. You will need to use a different email address to create your account.
If none of the above reasons apply, we recommend contacting customer support at bazaar@apartmenttherapy.com to so that they can locate the reason why you're unable to join and provide a possible workaround. If you receive an error message, please provide that information in your message to customer support.
